Shipping policy
Delivery Information UK and EU
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery in the UK and up to 11 days for the EU (although we aim to deliver within 3-5 days it's dependant on the courier and local customs which is why we say 11 days). Prices are based on approximate weights and sizes of our average products and are to cover our costs.
UK costs range from £3.50 - £12.50 and EU costs range from £12.50 - £45.00 based on Size / KG.
If you require your order to arrive quicker than this or on a specific day, for instance if it is for a gift for a special occasion, then this can be arranged by simply contacting us by phone or email. Some additional charges may apply.
International Delivery
Should you wish to ship any items internationally (outside of the UK and EU), then please contact us by email. Any postage charges will be quoted individually based on the size/weight and destination. We aim to charge the same fee the couriers quotes us without adding any extra.
International shipping ranges between 2-11 working days for delivery, it's often only a few days but some items have taken over a week to arrive in the past.
Please note, we cannot control any delays at port or customs, we also do not cover any import costs that customs may levy. Please contact your local customs and excise office to find out how much you may be charged for importing goods from the UK.
