Afghainaid particularly targets vulnerable households – including those headed by women, or with elderly, chronically ill or disabled family members. Their work gives ordinary Afghans a voice in their own development, making them active participants in shaping the future of their country.
With more than 30 years of experience and a deep understanding of local, cultural and ethnic issues, Afghanaid has earned great trust and respect among the communities they serve. This has allowed them to gain access to some of the most remote areas of the country.
