Worldwide / International Delivery
Email us direct and we will work out the exact costs based on the size/weight of the items you want and your delivery address.
We will then send you a personalised PayPal invoice for ease of payment
(no PayPal account needed, cards accepted)
Packaging and Recycling
We always try and use recyclable material for our packages, including our large blue plastic sacks that are made in the UK from recycled plastics. Our cardboard is recyclable and sustainable too.
We have recently sourced biodegradable bubble wrap too, which breaks down fully within 18 months if placed in landfill.
The only item we haven’t yet managed to source thats biodegradable is our packing tape, but we are working on it. Please reuse our packaging as much as possible or ensure it is recycled.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we offer a full returns policy. Contact us within 7 days and return your items within 14 days. Please note you will be responsible for any return delivery charges. We recommend you use a reputable company and ensure the items are insured and signed for. Please ensure you package the items carefully to prevent any damage in transit.
A refund will be issued within 3 days of the item being returned although your bank may take longer to credit it to your account. Returned items must be in the original condition in which you received them and we reserve the right to withhold part of the refund if cleaning or repair is required.
Exchange
If you receive a product and simply wish to change your mind and swap it for something else, that’s fine. You will be refunded/charged any difference in the price of the newer item and we will dispatch the exchange item, only once we have received the original item back in good condition. You will be responsible for any return costs unless the items faulty or damaged. The majority of our UK postage costs are roughly £10 or under.
