Competition Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before entering our competitions. Entering our competitions constitutes an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Our competitions are only open to those aged 18 or over and in the UK.
- Our competitions are closed to employees of The Afghan Rug Shop Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Competition.
- Automated or bulk entries from third parties will be disqualified.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter our competitions.
Entrants can only enter our competitions once, but can like, share, comment, re-post and share on their story as many times as they like.
Entrants will be judged by a member of The Afghan Rug Shop Limited – all entrants names will be entered into a hat and the lucky winner chosen at random.
The winner will be notified within 2 days of the closing date/s. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner/s.
The Prizes are as stated and they cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services. The Prize is not transferable and must be accepted by the winner.
The promoter of this Competition is The Afghan Rug Shop Limited (Company No. 10095306), 7 Market Street, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, HX7 6EU.
The Afghan Rug Shop Limited reserve the right to use the voice, image, photograph, name and likeness of the winners for publicity and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice to the winners. In entering the Competition, all participants consent to such use of their voice, image, photograph, name and likeness.
Where you are able to submit any contribution to this competition you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant The Afghan Rug Shop Limited a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution. If you do not want to grant The Afghan Rug Shop Limited the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to The Afghan Rug Shop Limited.
The Afghan Rug Shop Limited do not accept liability for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with the competition.
Copyright of any material produced as part of the competition is owned by The Afghan Rug Shop.
